World Environment Day 2017

Shubham is going to celebrate the World Environment Day on 5th June 2017. But this year it will be special for the unit. So far Shubham was organizing the WED alone, but this year SSA has forwarded its hand to us and invited the unit to join with them to celebrate the WED 2017. So this year Shubham is going to celebrate the day jointly with SSA.

NCSC 2017

Shubham has started as a fresh set up this year although the organization has completed seven years of welfare service. This year National Children's Science Congress is going to celebrate Silver Jubilee year and Shubham is an integral part of the project. Shubham is conducting this congress at Barpeta district since 2012. This year also Shubham is working on NCSC and the first phase is going to start on 3rd June 2017 (Teacher's Training Program). The district level seminar is scheduled in September 2017.

The Beginning

SHUBHAM (An Environmental Unit of North-East) is a Barpeta based NGO formed by some young aspirants with an aim to protect the environment and for the welfare of the society in 2010. The Head Office of the unit is located in Sundaridia Kalayahati, Barpeta (Assam). This newly grown unit has contributed its level best to the society so far. The aspirants are very energetic and conscious about the facts of the damaging environment and this has helped them to come up with some good motives. The unit was registered under the Govt. in 2010 and since then it has been contributing its effort to the nature and society for its welfare. We expect more people to join this move and help us to achieve the goal of a safe nature.
